My run this morn was about and hour and half later than yesterday. On my way back home I had lost all my newly found shade. I guess I need to get up early for that. I think I could focus on running earlier. It is enjoyable enough: cool, quiet, less traffic. Still the bed is awfully hard to get out of before I am ready.
I am repeating my pattern of running three days in a row to catch up with my miles after missing Monday. I think tomorrow I will only do a short one, but this weekend I plan to do at least one run. I am liking having my weekly totals get close to 30. If I can get used to it, I’ll get closer to getting rid of my paunch!
I so wish I could run, but it is not in me and after my back surgery, I think that is an option that has totally gone out the window.
But truth be told, I am OK with my near daily walks. To each his/her own. Glad to see you doing so well.
Walking is great exercise. My doctor tells me every time I see him that I should walk more and run less. Much easier on the knees!
